-Student's state issued birth certificate
-Immunization records
-Recent physical or Well Check
-Transcript from previously attended school (if in grades 9-12)
-Special programs documentation (Gifted, IEP)
-Legal documents pertaining to child custody (if applicable)

JBCC Non-Resident USD 496 Policy

STEP 1: Fill out the Non-Resident Application HERE.

*Out of District Applications should be submitted between June 1 and June 30th.

STEP 2: Once you have been notified (by July 15th) that you are accepted based on open seats, fill out the enrollment packet. They are available at the school or you may print and or download the new fillable versions HERE and bring to enrollment on August 1st or August 2nd.

Kindergarten
Students must be five years of age on or before August 31st to enter Kindergarten.

Enrollment and first month's lunch fees are due at time of enrollment.

Prescription Medication
If your student requires prescription medication to be taken during school hours, our Prescription Medication Administration Form must be filled out and signed by the prescribing physician.
